During this season’s Little Explorers Preschool Playgroup, you and your toddler can now join us in Tots’ Spot each Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. for an hour of learning and fun! What’s more, Little Explorers is free and no registration is required.

January – Winter Magic

• January 24: Who hides away for the winter? Learn about animals in winter and make a bird feeder to feed the critters in your neighborhood.
• January 31: Brrrr, is it cold yet? Discover how to keep warm in the cold days of winter and build an indoor campfire!

 

February – All About Me

• February 7: What are our five senses? See, smell, feel, taste and hear your way through Exploration Place!
• February 14: Celebrate Valentine’s Day – science style! Dance your way to a healthy heart, and make a special flower to give to someone you love.
• February 21: Do we have feathers like a bird or fins like a fish? Find out what makes our bodies so special and amazing!
• February 28: Munch and drink, wash and brush, and run, run, run! Investigate what can be left behind after you brush your teeth, and learn fun ways to exercise at home!.
